I have added the shortcode to the registration page and tested it out and I’m still not seeing the links be generated off the username when I reg. Am I missing something critical or stupid?

sadly that just displays a strange URL link on either the top or bottom of that page.

Please I’ll also just register a test affiliate so I can best see help you out. I couldn’t register the affiliate as you have registration closed at the moment.

You are not doing anything wrong, you simply need to add the shortcode below where you would love the affiliate URL to show up:
[affiliates_by_username][affiliates_affiliate_link][/affiliates_by_username]
Hence ideally edit this page:
* https://innatewater.com/affiliate-area/ and add the shortcode above and that should do the trick.
