we have selected the rate in commission option and when referral happen we are given 250 as a fixed amount to affiliate we did purchase from the affiliate link but the commission not showing in the total and or any other place please help in this

Hi Jayesh,
What I mentioned earlier is that an active plugin license gives you access to updates for the plugin and this support forum. The functionality of the plugin remains intact regardless of your license status.
I’m still not sure what is the exact problem you have. Please share with us the following:
1. Your commission settings
2. Whether you use Rates or the legacy commission options
2. The status of Affiliates WooCommerce integration
3. the error log found in wp-content/debug.log once WP Debugging is enabled and you refer a new order.

Welcome to our support forum.
In general all the recorded referrals and their commissions, are listed in Affiliates > Referrals which is found in your Dashboard.
Also, an affiliate can find his/her referrals in Affiliates Dashboard Referrals. However, when viewing the Monthly Earnings under Affiliates Dashboard Earnings, as an affiliate, the totals shown there are from Accepted and Closed referrals only, because those that are still pending shouldn’t be included.
Furthermore and beyond this support request, as it seems your Affiliates Pro license has expired since May 2022. Please keep in mind that in order to have access to support forums and plugin updates, you should buy the plugin again which will renew your license for another year.

As if I have set referal commision as 250 if somebody buy that items, so you are saying this functionality will not work because licence got expired if not I want to tell you that this is not working means when I bought items through referal amount on get creadited on affiliate acount, also one more question I have is there any specific limit for purchase item for affiliate to get amount by default
