We are using Affiliates pro with Woocommerce integration.
We want to accomplish two things, if possible.
Firstly, when a checkout has been done. The referral only seems to count for the first product in the shopping cart.
If there are multiple products it doesnt seem to count the rest.
Secondly, as far as I understand commission are allways calculated before taxes, is it possible to change any parameter to enable this when taxes are allready applied?

Hi,
Since you are using Product Rates method, the commission granted is the sum of each product referral rate. If you calculate the commission sum it should be:
product1_price x product1_rate + product2_price x product2_rate ….
The only reason when a product is excluded from the commission calculation is when you set that product’s rate to 0.

We’ve checked the settings, but as mentioned we are using Woocommerce, I thought you had to use Referral Amount Method and Affiliates_WC-Method::Product_rates for the Woocommerce integration. Is there another way to set referall per product if we use referral rate?
Hi Peter,
Please have a look at Affiliates > Settings under Commissions tab. There you should choose Referral Rate as Method and as Amount enter your desired value. This will grant a commission rate based on the net sale amount.
Regarding taxes, there is no option at the moment to grant commission after applying taxes, that wouldn’t benefit the shop owner.
