Correct Affiliate Rates not Showing

We use an affiliate structure of:

Gyms — 25% of sale
Trainers (assigned to Gyms) — 10% of sale

I’ve noticed that our gyms and trainers are getting equal amounts. How do I rectify this?

Here is an overview: http://screencast.com/t/m6sgmlBpHHQz

Thank you!

      Hi Brett,

Yes we’ve checked it. What happens is that you have the Level 1 rate set to 0.1, but if I understand correctly then you would want that set to 0.25. Assuming that all trainers are related to Gyms as being referred, then that would make sense. The reason why you see the same amount for the Gym and the trainer in your example is that the trainer gets the expected 10% commission and the Gym gets another 10% as set for the Level 1 rate.

If you set the Level 1 rate to 0.25, when someone makes a purchase using a trainer’s coupon code, then:

      – the trainer gets 10% (based on the trainer’s rate or the general rate set at 0.1)
      – the Gym gets 25% (based on the Level 1 rate set at 0.25, assuming that the Gym is related to the trainer)

      Do you see the difference?
