I currently have these installed:
Affiliates Pro – 4.2.0
Affiliates WooCommerce Integration – 3.0.0
I noticed in the plugin WP Optimize when i was cleaning the data base, that it is reporting several affiliates tables which are no longer in use and which i should remove.

Please can you confirm that it is safe to delete those affiliate tables

Thank you for using the Affiliates Pro plugin!
I ran the WP Optimize on a test site and got similar results – it seems that the plugin identifies said tables as being used by the free Affiliates plugin. Since that’s not the case and the tables are actually in use by Affiliates Pro, I’d strongly advise against deleting them.
As a general rule, always make a full backup of your site (including database) before running any optimization plugins, so you can safely revert the changes in case the optimizing goes south.
