   I thank you for your attention, I tested the affiliates by name and it’s ok, I’m waiting for the decimal return and I’m going to make the commission purchase per product and install. Thank you again.

   Hi Ladyston,

   Thanks for the cooperation so far.
   I’ve noticed that the issue with Affiliates by Username occurs because of conflict with another plugin of ours, Affiliates AddThis integration. I disabled it in your site and this part works as expected.
   At the moment I’m looking at the issue with decimals you also have.

   Thanks for that Ladyston.

   This process is used only for debugging, the purpose is to locate the issue. If for example the theme is causing an issue, there is a possibility that even the theme author might not be aware of.
   No matter what is the case, I will proceed with my tests and let you know.

   without problems, the site is in development but the theme is paid so we have to use this, as the plugin depedendo of which we can exchange for another or even use. Thanks for the attention and as soon as we solve this problem we will buy the commissioning plugin by product.

   I also need your confirmation to disable plugins and switch themes. If your site is running live at the moment and you don’t want such modifications to take place there, please provide me with a staging copy.

   Sure Ladyston, no problem.
   Please enable WP debugging and the debug.log file will be added automatically. Any issues with your site will be recorded in this file. Probably there are issues that prevent Affiliates plugin from working properly. These issues have to do with other plugins not working normally or even with the active theme. Once you enable it, please let me know and FYI try to make a test again.

   To enable it, edit your wp-config.php file and replace the following line:
   define('WP_DEBUG', false );
   with these lines:

   define('WP_DEBUG', true );
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
   after that, any errors will be added to a file named debug.log under your wp-content folder.

   George, good evening, sorry for the delay to answer, we were working on the site for that reason you should have seen the errors, as for the debug.log file it does not exist in the folder, I urgently need to solve the decimal problem, but mainly the problem of link by username.
   I also need commission per product, I saw that this is a module apart but I need to solve these problems before investing in another module.

    George, boa noite, deculpe a demora para responder, estavamos trabalhando no site por esse motivo você deve ter visto os erros, quanto ao arquivo debug.log ele não existe na pasta, preciso urgentemente resolver o probelam de decimmal, mas principalmente o problema do link por nome de usuário.
    Também preciso de comissão por produto, vi que esse é um modulo a parte mas preciso resolver esses problemas antes de investir em outro modulo.

    Also, I’ve noticed that there are 7 errors indicated on one of your theme files.
    These errors show up if you try to edit theme files.
