Hello,
We had a customer order that created a duplicate commission. Here is what happened:
When a customer clicks the ‘proceed to paypal’ buy button it registers a commission as pending. If they click the back arrow to change anything and then click it again for the same order it generates 2 commissions. When they go through and purchase with paypal it completes all commissions that were created for every time they pressed the ‘proceed to paypal’ button.
Is there any way to prevent and make sure only one commission is awarded per sale? tHanks so much.

What I am saying is that two referrals were created for the same order from the process described above. We do not have “Allow duplicate referrals” checked. Here is what the referral looked like. Notice same order number, but different times and before and after a coupon code was used. Again, one order, two commissions:

Hi,
referrals are created when a new order is created. In this case you should have two orders.
Please be sure you don’t have selected “Allow duplicate referrals” in Affiliates->Options.
