Is it possible to export a list of customer emails by affiliate? We have an affiliate wanting to reward any of his affiliate customers with a free product for using his link. Because of this, they would need a list of customer emails that purchased via their link.

You could use Affiliates Export plugin to create your own version. In class-affiliatesexport.php file you could add email field.
