Hello; I have setup affiliates pro; woocommerce and the woocommerce integration; the site uses memberships and the affiliates pro plugin to manage members at different levels; I will like to know how a registered member can get a link pointing to a membership package; such that when someone buys a membership package they get commissions and links to the member referred.

Actually Affiliates Pro doesn’t manage members, it gives commissions to affiliates when someone ie buys a product by following an affiliate link.
When an affiliate gets registered, through the affiliate area he/she can get his/her affiliate link and promote it accordingly to receive referrals.
Also, the affiliate can add his/her affiliate url parameter in any link of the site being registered, in order to promote specific staff of the site ie a product. This can be done by adding the affiliate_url shortcode in the Affiliate Area page as described here.
