Now I am just trying to be able to have my users be able to receive a email verification for being able to register an account. No email is arriving in their inboxes. Do you know how to solve this issue?

Hi Taylor,
In Affiliates Enterprise there is a dedicated section for that purpose under Affiliates > Notifications. You can enable email notifications for new affiliate registrations, if not already enabled, for affiliates or administrators or both of them.

When these notifications are enabled but none of them receives an email upon a new affiliate registration, then it is possible that these emails end up in the SPAM folder, or they might not be sent at all. For the latter, I think it’s better to make sure that your site can indeed send emails in general. If WP mailer fails, then it would be better to consider using a SMTP mail plugin, ie WP Mail SMTP.
