Hi
I added someone last night and all good, now this morning I went to add a new affiliate (after adding them as a user on my site) and it won’t add. This is so frustrating as I’m about to lose a major opportunity to go out in the affiliates newsletter to advertise my workshop. I’ve tried SIX times to add new affiliate. I do everything right and hit ‘add’ and yet it does not add the person.
Please get back to me urgently on this.

Actually, thanks for mentioning this Katrina. If you’re not aware of the filters being active, it can be quite confusing. I think this should be changed, in that when a filter is active, there should be some visual feedback to make the user aware of it. You’re not the first who has experienced this and this is a chance to improve the user interface. I’ve taken note of this and added it to improvements that will be included.
Antonio, it was my silly fault – I had a filter on which is why I could only see the one affiliate!! How embarrassing! Thank you for your prompt help 🙂
