Hi, I would like to enquire whether your program will enable me to do the following:
1 Calculate the profit on each order with different profit margins for the individual products.
2 Assign different percentages of that profit earned to up to 3 different people.

1.- You can set different commissions by product. Plase have a look at this documentation page.
2.- Editing your affiliate (in Affiliates->Manage Affiliates) you can add a custom ‘rate’ as attribute.
