Last cookie wins

Hi we are using the Affiliates Pro plugin on our webshop (www.ferleon.com), this works great.

However I have still a question regarding the use of cookies.

Is it true that the last cookie always wins? i.e. if I visit the website using a link of affiliate X, and afterwards using a link of affiliate Y. The credit will be awarded to the affiliate Y. Correct?
