What do I need to do (or get someone to do for me) to connect Affiliate Pro with my membership plugin (Premise)?
On the alternative, does Affiliate Pro have a tracking code feature that can be placed on the “thank you” page after purchase to award affiliate sales?

sorry, there isn’t an integration with Premise.
If you want to generate a commission after purchase using the Premise, the best solution is using a Premise hook (sorry, I don’t know the Premise hooks) and generate the referral using the Affiliates API.
