    Yes, I can have a look at your Dashboard, please make sure to provide temp admin access to your site for the email george at itthinx dot com.
    In case your site is running live at the moment, then it’s better to provide us with access to a staging clone, so that we can review it without interfering with your daily operations.
    Last but not least, make sure to enable WP debugging using the following constants in wp-config.php:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Kind regards,
    George

    Thanks Hady.

    Yes the Spanish translation is obvious, even though I’m not a native speaker of any of them it doesn’t look French. I’ve taken a note to review these again because the translated sentence is Spanish instead of French.

    The error you get on the second point, doesn’t relate to Affiliates plugin. The Affiliates errors on the frontend have this form, ERROR: description of the error. Most probably the error you get comes from another third-party addon that handles registrations. Is it possible that you use such an addon?

    On the third point, if you use an existing username and no email, the existing user account will be mapped to the new affiliate record you are trying to add.
    However, the username you are trying to use must be from a valid user, one that already exists or has been added before adding the affiliate record, through Users > Add New User.

    The login form on the last screenshot is the default WP login form. If your login attempt fails, you are redirected to wp-login.php where you have the option to recover your password.

    Kind regards,
    George

    Hi Hady,

    Can you please mention which are these strings that are mentioned in Spanish instead of French? When you use your WP in ie French, then the equivalent mo file will be loaded for Affiliates plugin. If not all terms translated, then it will use the default language which is English for those terms that are missing a translation.

    I tried to register as a new affiliate on your site and my registration was successful. Please see below:

    You can create a new affiliate from the Dashboard, once you visit Affiliates > Manage Affiliates and click New Affiliate. If you use a valid username, that user will be mapped to this new affiliate and the password for this affiliate will be the user’s password. In general, when a new affiliate registers from the frontend a new affiliate and new user record are created and the affiliate record is mapped to the new user account. This means that whenever an affiliate is trying to login, he/she uses the user credentials.

    Kind regards,
    George
