Hi,
I received an email today advising of a referral that was received but no order/sale was received. When I looked in the plugin under the Referrals tab it shows that $96.90 was accepted but there is no info as far as from whom or date. The Affiliates Overview shows 28 accepted affiliates but there is no information identifying them on the referrals tab. This email that I received today is the first affiliate/referral email I have received. Is there setting I have missed? I feel like people are clicking on the link our website (https://canine-mobility.com) and signing up for the affiliate program but I am not being notified. Also, if I have actually had referred sales I need to know how to compensate the folks that have done the referring. I think I need help to sort this out. Thanks!

Which extensions and/or integrations do you use in your site for Affiliates Pro plugin?
Also, what other data do you see regarding this referral? Is it possible that you added the referral manually through Affiliates > Referrals?
Please visit your Dashboard and go to Affiliates > Referrals. Under Filters section choose to Expand details and Expand data. These filters will display all the associated data for that referral. You can post a screenshot for that referral, for me to check it. If though you still find it hard to work out where did the referral come from, you can provide me temp admin access by sending the credentials to george@itthinx.com, so that i can have a look.
Regarding notifications, you should check the settings under Affiliates > Notifications. There is also a detailed guide on how to setup and use Affiliates Notifications in the Documentation.
