I can’t see any orders made from the account used to post this topic, did you order the Affiliates Pro from another one and if so, would you give me the account name/email so we’re able to check?
Keep in mind that your plugin subscriptions are annual, which means that if you’d made a purchase on, say March the 7th 2018, it would be valid for one year, up to March the 7th 2019 and you’d need to renew it.
