Old emails will not purge from system after removed and it is not allowing me to reuse that email

I have Had a few people make a mistake and want to remove their account and start again but even after an email is removed the system will not accept it when registering it says that email is already in use.

Could you please look into this for me. I did what you said about making sure its removed and I’m still having the issue

we are starting to register people and I need this fixed asap please

    You are welcome,

    A user can be removed like this. Visit your Dashboard and go to Users > All Users, hover your mouse to the desired user and the Delete option will appear, click on it and delete the user.

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for providing access to your site.

    I’ve made two test registrations on your site under the email george@itthinx.com. After removing the affiliate from Affiliates > Manage Affiliates, you also need to remove the user entry. Whenever a new affiliate registers through Affiliate Area page, a new user entry is also created. So, if you also remove the user entry for that email, it will be available again for registration.
