Partner transaction emails sent twice only one(accepted) is ticked

Hello i only ticked the first option, but the affiliate get two times the same email one on order status processing and one on complete.

Each time a email is sent the affilaite wanted to know how much they earned and who ordered what:
So my questions is how to add the information into one email sent when woocommerce order is accepted/completed:
[affiliates_earnings]
amount
order number
customer details
order details

Thanks for helping again.

Tobias

    Hello,

accepted was already enabled (from Affiliates->Settings:Referrals).
on notice also only accepted was already enabled.

      Hi Tobias,
Sorry I had explained the example badly.
You have as default status -> Accepted (1)
You have selected notifications only when the referral is -> Accepted (2)
When a new order is created, the new referral is Accepted (by the default status -1-), so the notification is sent. Immediately the order goes to pending, and the referral too.
So when you change the status to Accepted, the second notification is sent.
If you change the default referral status to ‘Pending’ (from Affiliates->Settings:Referrals), only one notification should be sent.
Related to extra tokens, you can use the ‘affiliates_notifications_tokens’ filter to add your own custom data. I have created a plugin that adds certain data, and that you could use as a reference.
      Kind Regards,
      Antonio B.

    Hi Tobias,
Probably you have the default referrals status as ‘Pending’ (from Affiliates->Settings:Referrals). So your referral (commission) when is created, it’s pending, and when the Woocommerce order is changed to paid, you referral changes to Accepted, this is because you receive the two emails. If you change the default status to Accepted, you should receive only one email.
    Kind Regards,
    Antonio B.
