The pretty URL for affiliates doesn’t work, for example http://anti-aging-labs.com/partner/3. On the other hand, http://anti-aging-labs.com/?partner=3 does work fine.
How do I get the pretty URL to work fine also?

Yet again the pretty URL’s have suddenly stopped working. There have been no updates, and no changes….

Please update to the latest version (available in the Downloads section) as that improves URL handling and check if it’s still an issue after that.

maybe there is any problem with other plugins, we’ll have a look.
Try to go to Admin panel -> Settings -> Permalinks and re-saive this settings (just click on “Save Changes”).

While the pretty links do not work on the site, you should make sure the parameter version of the links is used instead. This certainly sounds like a conflict with something on your site and to find out what it is can take a while.
I have set up a fake site, slowly adding the same themes, http://www.singaporestylemassage.co.uk/wp-admin with the same login details as already sent you, slowly adding the same themes and plugins, with no conflict atm if it helps…..

Also I have installed Ready Light, for comission on the Ready! Eccommerce, however commission is not applied when products are bought using PayPal, only when the order is made without any payment gateway?

http://voltzsupplements.com/distributor/11 but now they suddenly dont work,…what is the problem?
