My current configuration for rates and tiers isn’t quite working in the way that I would like.
The OR rate is set to 0.16 and is recorded as direct for all products however, I need to set a different OR rate for a specific product in woocommerce. Is this possible and if so, what setting should I apply? Please see the screenshot for an idea of my current configuration.

Hi Chris,
Please have another look at my instructions, because there’s no mention on setting up a level. The commission for the OR shouldn’t have a level specified. These rates you have set would be useful only if you need to give specific tiered commissions to this referred product.
As you have it at the moment, when a new WC sale is referred,
1. The OR will get 16% of the net sale amount
2a. If the product with id 7563 is sold, the referrer of OR will get 50%
2b. otherwise, the referrer of OR will get 15%
3a. If the product with id 7563 is sold, the referrer of referrer of OR will get 25%.
3b. otherwise, the referrer of referrer of OR will get 14%.

Thank you for coming back to me. I will be more than happy to renew my licence assuming I can get the plugin to work as I need. Otherwise, I’ll need to look for another solution. I am sure you understand this.
I followed your instructions above however, it doesn’t seem to be working for me and I can’t figure out why. Please see the screenshot below.

I added 2 new rates for the product named Bio Links. I added 2 new rates as I want the commission to be paid to the Referrer and the Referrers referrer. The issue I am getting is that the commission is also getting calculated and paid in relation to ID level 1 which I do not want. Level 1, 2 etc should be for all other products not the Bio Links products as I want a different commission amount to be paid on that.
Please help !!!

Regarding your question, this is what I would recommend:
1. Create a new rate
2. Once you’re done specifying the rate amount and type
3. Select WooCommerce under Integration
4. Type and select the product to use for this rate.
