Referrals wrongly allocated to direct

Hi guys,

I’ve been testing your product this afternoon, absolutely great, just what I’ve been looking for.

Site 1 (free version) – works as expected, the affiliate URL extension works as expected and the reports are working well. This site is quite a small website, with only a few plugins. Referrals are tracked via Contact Forms 7.

Site 2 (tested with free version, didn’t work, so bought Pro). The referrals are being tracked via Contact Forms 7 but they are never properly allocated to the affiliate. The traffic is being identified correctly, but never the actual referrer. This site is quite bulky in terms of pages and plug-ins and I suspect something might be conflicting with the affiliate referrer.

Can someone advise me further?
