Is it possible to restrict content to users who are members of two groups? For example.
Group A can buy product 1
Group B can buy product 2
User must be a member of group A AND group B in order to buy product 3.
In other words we want the customer to buy product 1 AND product 2 before product 3 is available.

right now the condition is OR, so you can not do it.
But you could use the ‘woocommerce_is_purchasable‘ filter to create your own conditions.
