   Hi George,

   My .htaccess file is just the WordPress standard.
   I can access the admin Dashboard
   memory_limit = 250M
   I tried to install it by deactivating all other plugins. No success.
   I tried to install it with other theme. No success.
   I did enable the debugging but I can’t find the debug.log in wp-content/

   The installing of WooCommerce integration is using the Itthinx Updates plugin. And this is not working here.

   Hi Michael,

   Can you access the admin Dashboard?
   There can be several reasons for this error.
   Before trying the following suggestions, make sure to backup everything ( files, database )
   1. There might be a problem with your .htaccess files on your server
   2. Your php memory limit is low, try to increase it
   3. There is a problem with your plugins, try to deactivate them either from Dashboard or directly from the database
   4. The functions.php file in your Theme files contains an error, so try to switch your theme.
   5. Enable debugging to see if there are any error messages showing up in the debug.log when you try to install the integration. When you have logged the error, send debug.log and dashboard admin access to support at itthinx dot com.
