Upgrade from Pro to Enterprise

How do I upgrade from Pro to Enterprise. I purchased Afiiliates pro thinking it contained the Tiers feature.

    Hi,
    in your downloads page you should have a coupon to upgrade.
    Please review the README files ( in downloads page ) where available for installation and update instructions.
