Why some affiliates are away?

Hello Georg,

we have some Affiliates under total in the list which are away? How is this possible? What we did wrong?

Hi Andy,

Regarding Martina Golling affiliate it seems that she was removed and then re-added. If you check the IDs under Totals and under Manage Affiliates are different.
Regarding Susanne Fasnacht it seems that she is removed and not added again I suppose.

Why they are removed. We dont do it. How it can be possible?

I’ve reset my password and got access, thanks!

I had a look on your site and I don’t think you did something wrong. These affiliates seem to be removed. You can prevent them from appearing under totals, if you choose to show totals only for active affiliates. Also, if these are actually removed, you can edit them and choose deleted or pending.

Hi Frank,

These affiliates that are away are deleted or inoperative?
If it’s possible please send me temp admin access to george@itthinx.com to have a closer look. You probably haven’t done anything wrong but I think it’s better for me to have a look.
