   Hi,

   Sure that’s ok.

   FYI, I have discovered the issue occurring and an update will be applied to patch the plugin. Once this is released, you will find the update prompt on your Dashboard.

   This can be happening due to a conflict with something else, that’s why I’m asking for access.

   Can you please indicate your site’s URL and also send me a copy of the content used in your page. For the latter you should edit the page, switch to text mode, copy the contents and paste them here.

   Thanks for clarifying this.

   I think it’s better to have a look on your Dashboard, so that we can inspect the situation more closely and find out why the message still appears.

     You don’t need access to my dashboard for this. It is just the shortcodes I’m working with there. I don’t understand when after a new user registers the information between these shortcodes:

     [affiliates_is_not_affiliate]

     [/affiliates_is_not_affiliate]

     should disappear yes? And then they can only read:

     Thanks for signing up!
     Please check your email for the confirmation link.
     Dashboard Login Click Here.

   Hi,

   FYI, your comment has been edited to avoid displaying the license key in public. Your license key includes 1 year of access to support forums and updates.

   Regarding the integration I can send you a copy of the plugin zip file.
   The message is probably appearing because the new affiliate is still pending approval. Go to Affiliates > Manage Affiliates, edit the desired one and check the status. If the message still appears for an active affiliate, please forward temp admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com for us to have a look.

     I think you misunderstand the message.

     When I’ve trialed the registration form, upon clicking ‘sign up’ the first two lines:

     If you are not yet an affiliate, you can join the program here.
     By completing this you confirm you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

     … should disappear when the page refreshes. I have set the system to automatically accept new affiliates.

   I have created a registration/sign up page. The page reads:

   By completing this you confirm you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

   This works great. But then when you click ‘sign up’ the page reloads and reads this:

   If you are not yet an affiliate, you can join the program here.
   By completing this you confirm you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
   Thanks for signing up!
   Please check your email for the confirmation link.
   Dashboard Login Click Here. (I changed this part in the php file)

   Notice that the original message ‘if you are not yet an affiliate…’ is still here on this page. Once signed up the first two lines should disappear. Can you advise on how this can be achieved? Thanks

   Hi,

   Thanks for reaching support.

   You gain access to all available integrations if you install Itthinx plugin through the prompt on your Dashboard and insert your license key.

   Could you also provide the complete error message you get when trying to install, or if it’s possible provide temp admin access to your site by sending the credentials to george at itthinx dot com. Make sure to enable debugging with the following process:
   edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line: 

   define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

   with these lines:

   define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
   define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
   define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

   All possible issues will be logged in debug.log file in your wp-content folder.
