I can’t get any purchases to show up under “Referrals”.
1. Ive set a commission under the product itself.
2. Affiliates > Settings > Commissions and set method to _Affiliate_WC_Method:product_rates
3. Affiliates > WooCommerce Intergration enabed and applied default rate
4. Commissions are not being documented..
Any help please !!!??

Did you get any errors logged in debug.log?
In order to enable debugging, edit wp-config.php and replace the following line
define('WP_DEBUG', false );with these lines
define('WP_DEBUG', true );
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
finally create a file named debug.log under wp-content folder.
You can test your configuration by following an affiliate link and making a test purchase.
Also, please give us admin access to your site after taking a full backup of your site and db.

Hey George.
1. No I don’t see referrals being recorded under Affiliates > Referrals anymore. It used to work couple months ago and the integration with contact form 7 was working last week but I’ve disabled that function for now as I’m trying to resolve the product commissions.
2. Yes referrals are being recorded under Manage Affiliates.
3. Affiliates WooCommerce Integration is installed and not the light version.
4. Enable product referral rates is checked.

Are you getting any Referrals recorded under Affiliates>Referrals and Affiliates>Manage Affiliates ?
Please make sure you have installed Affiliates WooCommerce Integration installed and not Affiliates WooCommerce Integration Light version and also that the option Enable product referral rates is checked under Affiliates>WooCommerce Integration.
