Can I display Affiliates by username instead of affiliates by id

I have been using the short-code: [affiliates_by_username] and it doesn’t work as it doesn’t display anything is blank. Is there a way that I can display this to the user, instead of the id?

Regards,

    Hi Oscar,

Yes the correct way to use it is [affiliates_by_username][affiliates_url][/affiliates_by_username].
Please check if for the affiliate there is a user record as well, in your Dashboard under Users.
Also, go to the page you added the shortcode, switch to Text editor in case the html characters have been stripped.

    Cheers,
    George

Basically what I want to do is to show the [affiliates_url] not with the id but instead with the username. I thought [affiliates_by_username] is the way to do it.

    Hey George,

Yes it is active and it is working as I bought that extension. It is strange because like if I type in the URL the username, it works, but not when I use the shortcode ([affiliates_by_username] ) it just show blank space. Is there a reason why? I created the account of the affiliate before I activated this plugin.

    Hi Oscar,

This shortcode is available only with Affiliates by Username premium extension.
If though you were using it, check your plugins in case this Affiliates by Username plugin has been deactivated.

    Kind regards,
    George
