Registration Form & Paypal Commission

Posted in

I just used the shortcode [affiliates_registration /] in Thrive Content Builder, but the registration form showing up is too ugly…How can I change the size/color of the words and the style of the form?

Also, how can I set up recurring commission rate for 30 days for affiliate and maybe set different commission rate for second time purchase.

    Hi yunyi,
    The plugin is css clean, so you can customize the field css accroding to your theme css.
    You can use something like this:
    .affiliates-registration input[type="text"], .affiliates-registration input[type="password"], .affiliates-registration textarea {
    width: 400px;
    }

    From Affiliates->Woocommerce Integration you can set the recurring referrals timeout (please have a look at the end of the documentation page. There isn’t an option to set different commissions for the following purchases.
    Kind Regards,

      Hi Antonio,

      Thank you, but I don’t use woocommerce. I use the paypal integration and will show the paypal button on my website for direct purchase.

      Please let me know how to set recurring referrals for paypal?

        Hi,
        Recurring subscription payments are credited automatically to the affiliate who referred the subscription. Please have a look at the documentation page.
        Kind Regards,

          But how can I set a time period for recurring payment? for example the referral’s payment within 30 days after his first payment will be credited to affiliate.

          Or there is no way for me to set this and the affiliate get commission for the referral forever?

            Hi Yunyi,
            From the settings you can limit the days for get commissions ( http://oi68.tinypic.com/2ymzvqd.jpg ). Sorry, the documentation is not updated.
            Kind regards,

              Thank you Antonio!

              A few more questions:
              1. I didn’t see the plugin has any function to capture affiliate’s paypal email, so how do I pay them by paypal?

              2. When I use paypal transaction to determine affiliate’s commission, I don’t need to setup the user registration part, right ?

                Hi,
                1.- From Affiliates->Settings:Registration you can add a ‘paypal’ field that will be used when you export the referrals from the Totals section.
                2.- They are independent. If you also want to get commissions when new users are created, you can use the Affiliates->User Registration option.
                Kind Regards,
                Antonio B.
