Hi, Is it possible to set different commissions for different products when working with coupons in Woocommerce? So for example, an affiliate gets a commissions of 5€ for a cheap product that is sold, and 10€ for a more expensive product.

OK. Thank you. I installed the Updates plugin (and entered the service key) but still cannot install the Woocommerce integration.
It gives me the same error:
“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

Itthinx Updates plugin installed and the service key set ([edited]).

Sometimes the server or another plugin related with anti-spam filters the itthinx requests.
I have sent you an email with the integration.

On the Integration tab it says “To maintain advanced integrations, the itthinx updates plugin is required.
Please install and activate the itthinx updates plugin to enable automatic updates for your plugins by itthinx.”
I cannot find that plugin anywhere.
When I click on the link “Please install the itthinx updates plugin” on the Dashboard it gives me an error:

Hello Antonio,
I have the same (similar) question and I don’t see the Affiliates tab in the edit product page (I am using Affiliates Pro).
We have a few products with VERY small markup and have to setup a special rate for those coupe of products (5%). For the rest of the store it would be 20% and for specific 2-3 products – 5%. I think it’s a common requirement. Is this possible to configure?
And, not sure if it’s related but maybe I need to use “Referral Amount Method” as a commission option. However I cannot find documentation on how it works.

Please check if you have activated the Affiliates Woocommerce Integration Pro (included in Affiliates Pro). Maybe you are using the light integration. From Affiliates->Settings:Integration you can get this.

Hi Marlieke,
When you set a custom rate to a product (from the Affiiates tab in the edit product page), then this custom rate is applied regardless of whether a coupon or link is used.
