I have the Groups Import Export plugin and the Itthinx Updates plugin (1.2.0) to keep it current. I see several of these errors every time it checks for updates:

Tell me how to send login credentials. I don’t want to post them here. 🙂

      Hi Leon,
you can send us the credentials to support at itthinx dot com (please indicate this topic in the email).

I’ll move a copy over to our staging site and try it most other plugins turned off. If there’s a conflict, I will let you know what I find. This is a very busy e-commerce site and we don’t have any plugins (or updaters to those plugins) that we consider expendable.

Thanks Leon, that’s better. If you’d like us to have a look at the staging site, please turn debugging on and send admin credentials to that one instead.

    Hi Leon,

If this issue is persistent, it is most probably due to a conflict with another updater plugin which interferes or due to a security plugin or a server configuration. Do you have anything installed (plugin) that might be interfering? Can we have admin access to your site please to have a look? Please forward credentials to support at itthinx dot com and make sure to include a link to this topic.

    Cheers
