I have purchased the plugin, followed the instructions, created a small csv file with only 6 users but when I try to import I get errors…
Error on line 1, is not a valid email address.Error on line 2, person@hotmail.com, person name, is not a valid email address.
I’m working on a dev site but need to get this right asap.

Did you notice any errors in debug.log when trying to import the file?
Also, if it’s possible send your import file to george@itthinx.com for me to check the format and conduct some tests.
