My affiliates don’t receive emails and all products are associated to Direct (ID 1)

Hi,

Now none of my associates receive emails when someone buy any of their products, all products are associated to Direct (ID 1)…

    Hi Antonio,

    Yes, that’s the problem, after applying commission affiliate receive the email, problem fixed.

    Hi,
    affiiates don’t receive notifications because the commission is associated to Direct.
    Can you provide a link to the site please?
