Referrals Setup???

How can I see if someone actually submitted information after they visited the website from an affiliate banner?

Basically, if a person clicks on a banner and then enters their contact information, that affiliate needs to be able to know that.

It’s basically a form. They only enter First Name, Last Name, email address, phone number, and they can upload some documents. That information is then emailed once they click the SUBMIT button.

I would like to have it trigger as a referral once the information is submitted.

  you can use Contact Form 7 and the affiliates integration for this purpose.

Hi,
How does the user enter the information? You need know when the user is registered or when the user sends a contact form ?.
