I just had my first order on my site and the customer purchased through a referral link of a registered affiliate. The commission was not allocated to the referrer’s account and there seems to be no way to manually allocate it to the account either.
Please advise on how to fix this as this is the whole purpose for buying your plugin.
Also, How do I allocate a referral commission to an agent manually (after the sale is closed)

You can add a referral manually from Affiliates->Referrals.

I have sent you access. I had the Referral Rate set to 0.2 but I also have the enterprise version and have set the tiers. Today I have changed the referral rate to 0 and left the tiers section. It is quite confusing.

Please check:
– The Affiliates WP Ecommerce integration is installed and activated.
– On Affiliates->Settings:Commissions you have set ‘Referral rate’ and a value.
