Affiliates still not showing purchases

Hello, I have troubleshooted everything I know to do so I wanted to see if I am still missing something.

Worked great since Novembers, but now for three days, none of woocommerce purchases are not showing up in affiliates. All programs are updated. I have affiliates pro, woo integration, affiliate products

Here’s what I have checked so far
Affiliates -> Commissions-> Referral Rate and .20 commission

Affiliates-> Referrals -> (Have referral timeout at 0 while trying to get this resolved but will change back to 30). Everything is checked and default referral status was at closed, now is at accepted. (not sure what this one means)

Affiliates Products -> Components -> woocommerce -> .20 the box is not checked for “automatically assign to new authors)

Affiliates Products->woo commerce -> I have trouble here. I would like every product for every affiliate to be a .20 commission. If I select the (-) and .20 does that mean every affiliate? If I select a specific affiliate name, then it looks as if it is only for that persona and the rest get nothing. When I did the last few sales, I had it at (-).20, but the 4 sales never showed up in affiliates.

Woocommerce -> Products -> Edit Product -> Product Data -> Affilates set at .20 commission.

Still nothing. It shows my last sale was on the 6th and I have had sales on the 7th and 8th.

Thank you in advance for you help

    George,

It’s me again. I was reading through some of the other peoples issues and it looked like another guy was having the same problem and antonio asked him to send him his dashboard credentials and he would take a look. Can you do that with me? I have been down for 4 days now and one of my affiliates keeps calling me because she has sent sales and they are not registering to her. Thanks

Do you know someone I can get to look at my system and see why it’s not working? Now, the sales are not even showing up in affiliates and I have it set for all non affiliate link sales to go to direct.

Should I uninstall Affiliate Products? Could that be interfering? I can’t figure it out anyway, as I see it, it will only let me allow one affiliate per product to receive a commission.

I have physical products that I am selling on Woocommerce and I want to pay a commission to an affiliate if someone uses their link.

Sales have come in today and they are not showing up on affiliates and one of them I made using a link and it is not showing up.

Ok, woocommerce integration is set to “enable product referral rates” and the amount is .20.

When I follow the instructions and go to: “Important : Note that you must choose the Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates method under Affiliates > Settings > Commissions for product rates to be applied in general, or specify that method as an attribute for individual affiliates – otherwise the product rates will not apply.

I don’t have the choice of product_rates. Here is what I see: My choices are: None, Referral Amount, Referral Amount Method, Referral Rate & Cookie Expiration. I have Referral Rate checked.
    Commissions

    Which method to choose …

The most commonly used method is Referral Rate, corresponding to the typical case where affiliates are granted commissions in proportion to the purchase amount.

Referral Rate — The commission amount is proportional to the amount of the originating transaction. This is recommended if commissions are a percentage of sales amounts. Note that the value indicated is a rate, for example, to grant 10% commissions on sales, indicate 0.10 as the value. Also note that if the value is equal to or greater than 1, this would grant a commission amount higher than the actual (net) purchase amount – a case which is normally not desired. Using 0 results in zero commission amounts.
Referral Amount — A fixed commission amount is attributed with each referral.
Referral Amount Method — The commission amount is calculated by a specific algorithm.
These settings are used to calculate commissions for affiliates in general.

Sorry for so many messages, but something is missing and I haven’t found it yet.

    Hi Stacy,

Please visit Affiliates>WooCommerce Integration and enable product rates. Then follow the instructions mentioned there and set the commission to Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates. If you want to use a rate for all your products, put the preferred value below. Otherwise, set a product rate per product.

    Cheers

Affiliates Products—>woocommerce—> If under the “affiliates” column it is set to the “-“, does that mean it will go to whichever affiliate the affiliate link belongs to? If I select an affiliate in this category, then all sales show up as this affiliate even though the sale was made from someone else’s affiliate link.

If not, I have not been able to figure out how to assign all the products to all the affiliates if following their link. I only want to pay referrals if coming from an affiliate link. In the past, if someone used a referral link, the sale showed up in my system and I paid them a commission. I just want to make sure it is set up that way again.

I’m almost there, but not quiet yet.

    Hi Stacy,

The referral status has to do with the status of the recorded referral. It’s a filter used to manage referrals more effectively. For example, if you prefer to check each referral before deciding to accept, it’s better to choose pending as default referral status.

Your settings in Affiliates Products seem to be right, but make sure that each of your products is assigned to an affiliate to have an affect. The basic function of this plugin is to assign each product to each of your affiliates. When a customer buys a product( without following an affiliate link), the respective affiliate will be granted with a referral. If the product is not assigned to an affiliate and the customer made the purchase without following an affiliate link, then no referral will be recorded.

Please check this and report back if you are still facing an issue.

    Kind regards,
    George
