Hello, we have affiliates pro running and recently updated. We are using WordPress and woocommerce. The Affiliates Pro is not recording referrals. Did 3 test purchases from 2 different referrals. Is there some other plugin required to integrate woocommerce with Affiliates Pro or is there some other issue that we should check on? Thank you.

Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for using our affiliate software on your site.
The only addon needed to track referrals on WC sales is Affiliates WooCommerce integration. Once installed and activated, your referred sales will be tracked by the system. Furthermore, if you’ve using the free edition of the plugin, then you also need to deactivate/uninstall the Affiliates WooCommerce Light integration.
Once the integration is installed, then it would also be useful if you check your rates. Under Affiliates > Rates, make sure to have at least one rate set.
Last but not least, make sure to test referrals using two different browsers. Once you copy the affiliate link through ie Affiliates > Manage Affiliates, make sure to open a different browser and paste the affiliate link there to make a test purchase.
