   Is there a way that the affiliate can enter in their paypal email with me having to add it myself?

   Hello.
   If I dont add any extra fields and I want to send payment I guess that plugin will use the default email of each affiliate in order to generate the mass payment txt, right?

     Yes, the mass payment file uses the email as “paypal email”.
