Hello,
I generated the form and the affiliate areas. The partner-registrations shows the form I set up. I fill out the form and submit the data, but the affiliate will not registered and I did not get any email neither the partner does. Partner-Registration is set to allow and also to send a notification to admin.
Is it a bug?

This doesn’t sound normal.
Please enable registrations on your site aka Anyone can register under Settings > General and make a test user registration on your site.
If this works normally and both admin and test users get a notification, enable debugging with the following process and send temporary admin access to george at itthinx dot com for me to have a look.
To enable debugging, edit your wp-config file and replace the following line:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);with these lines:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
Finally create a new file named debug.log under your wp-content folder.
