total affiliate amount on front end error

On out site https://www.preferredessentials.com/, after a customer chooses an affiliate, they see on the front end how much was raised for their affiliate, and their own contribution. Now when a customer makes a purchase their contribution stays 0, instead of showing the commission of their purchase. I think this started since installing the woocommerce integration plugin (that comes along with the enterprise version, we had the light version until now), but I’m not positive.
For the settings of the woocommerce integration plugin, everything in the auto-adjustments of referrals is checked off, and nothing is checked off after that

    Hi Adam,

You should use the shortcode [affiliates_referrals show="total" status="pending"] in your affiliate area page. For more information on this shortcode, please have a look at the documentation as well.

    Kind regards,
    George

Just realized that when the referral is closed they can see their contribution on the front end, but I’m not sure which setting to make their contribution show as soon as they make the purchase

    Hi Adam,

Which shortcode do you use to show the earnings in the affiliate area page?

    Cheers

    Hi Adam,

Please make sure that referrals are recorded when a new customer makes a purchase.
Also, check the settings under Affiliates WooCommerce Integration. If the referral status is pending when the order is pending and you choose to show only accepted and closed referrals(i.e. with the shortcode [affiliates_earnings] ), then the contribution is not showing. You can adjust the settings based on the instructions that are available inline and also you can refer to the documentation.

    Kind regards,
    George
