I’m having trouble finding out if I’m running the latest version of Affiliates Pro for WooCommerce (v 2.3.0). And if not, how to update to the latest version. When I log into my user account on your site and try to download the plug-in again… presuming that would be the latest and greatest version, I get the “download time exceeded…” message.

I have affiliates pro for woocommerce, but I can’t update automatically, so I try to download the latest version and install as a new plugin, is this the right way to update?
When I try this method, wordpress returns that the folder exists and I can’t install the plugin.
