Last week I bought Affiliates Pro, whereafter I realized that Enterprise might be a better fit for me. I immediately sent an email out.
Since I didn’t get a reply, I’m not sure whether I got the correct email address. Hence this forum post. I got a couple of questions:
#1 How can I upgrade from Pro to Enterprise?
#2 Which of the following plugins are included in Enterprise (so I know which I still need to purchase)?
#3 When using the “Affiliates Products” plugin, when I give a product-owner a part of the revenue, can I then still give away commissions to affiliates (so both parties get a cut)? Assuming they’re both set at 50%, how will it be paid out? 50% to the co-owner and 25% to the affiliate, or the other way around? Or 50/50 and the site owner leaves empty handed?

Regarding your questions:
#1 – We now offer an upgrade coupon which is shown at the bottom of the downloads section for those who already have Affiliates Pro or one of the integration plugins and wish to upgrade to Affiliates Enterprise.
#2 – The WooCommerce integration for Pro/Enterprise is included. The other two must be obtained separately.
#3 – They would both be granted, if you grant 50% product commission and 50% normal affiliate commission then yes, you would effectively leave zero for the site. We’re working on an extended model which allows to chain commissions and will improve this case but it’s not available yet.
(Ok with refunding the original order for Pro in this case.)
