I am looking for a report to give my affiliates that shows them their free users, when they signed up, etc. It is the exact information that is shown when you go to Affiliates>Referral. Since this is unavailable with Affiliates Enterprise, I have to do it with a third party CRMS, Zoho.
I am using s2member, Affiliates/s2member integration and their notifications to correctly feed Affiliates the referral data. I am also using the same function to pass the signup data to Zoho, but I cannot find the Affiliates ID. Could you please tell me the variable name so I can pass that to Zoho along with the rest of the data?
It depends at which stage you would like to provide that information:
– if you want to process it when the referral has been recorded, you have the integration-specific data available when the
affiliates_referralaction is invoked– if you want to process it when the referral is about to be recorded (but hasn’t just yet), you can use the
affiliates_referralfilter– if you want to provide the data when a notification is prepared, you can use the
affiliates_notifications_datafilter which has all the tokens and values; you wouldn’t modify the value returned, but the filter can be used to process the informationPlease see these resources Actions and Filters.
