WooCommerece Intergration

Posted in

Hi

Recently bought the plugin but can’t get a whole bunch of things to work. Most importantly we want to assign coupons from WooCommerce to an affiliate and have the affiliate receive commissions on this. These will be ONGOING commissions ($1/month/subscription). We can’t seem to get the WooCommerece Intergration plugin or whatever it is. We can’t find it anywhere and when we do a search on it it asks us to buy Affiliates Pro (which we already have).

Really stuck here we actually had to buy 2 version of Affiliates Pro because we were never sent any logins so we couldn’t download any supporting plugins, the updater or get any support. We then had to repurchase Affiliates Pro via your site to get the access to everything. This is really poor as we had to purchase the plugin twice and we still can’t get anywhere.

Can’t find anything on the forums about it and would appreciate a reply ASAP

Thanks for your help with that. Like we said we had to buy the plugin twice to get the access.

Now we have that sorted we have another problem. We’re currently manually adding coupons to existing customers. These coupons are assigned to an affiliate to get them commission each month. When we manually add a coupon in the backend the next monthly payment doesn’t assign a commission to the affiliate the coupon is linked to.

The commissions only go through if the customer buys the product and uses the coupon in the checkout. We need to be able to assign coupons to plans we have manually made so the affiliates get their commission OR if the customer has bought a subscription and hasn’t used a coupon when they should have.

    Thanks
    Evan

    Hi Evan,

As Karim confirmed, your account has access to Affiliates Pro and Affiliates Coupons.

Once you have installed those you should get a prompt in your Dashboard to install Itthinx Updates, or you can download here and install it manually. This addon gives you access to updates for all your plugins from itthinx.com for as long as your license is active. It also gives you access to the integrations offered with Affiliates Pro. All the integrations can be installed through Affiliates > Settings, under Integrations tab. I have also sent you Affiliates WooCommerce integration by email so you can install it.

Regarding Affiliates Coupons after installing and activating the plugin, you can setup the plugin’s coupon settings for new affiliates, you can bulk create coupons for existing affiliates and optionally limit coupons to specific products. The documentation page gives you a detailed description of all the settings.

For further assistance you can reply here.

    Kind regards,
    George
