I bought the Affiliate Enterprise this morning, and cannot find a way to implement the S2Member integration. I was using the free version previously, but ti didn’t ever record referrals who signed up. My site is free, and I pay a flat fee for referrals.

When I bought the Enterprise, it said that the S2Member integration was included, but I can’t find any sign of it, and it still doesn’t seem to record new referrals. How can I fix these problems?

    • kento January 4, 2014 at 10:43 am #

      Hi Wayne,

The integration extension is available for you to download in the Downloads section. You should have the following plugins installed: “Affiliates Enterprise” and “Affiliates Pro s2Member Integration”.

      Hi Paolo,

Please try out the free version of the Affiliates plugin with your current setup. If that works smoothly, the Enterprise version will, too.

      Cheers

Greetings. Thanks for this plugin. I have not tried it yet, but plan on purchasing the enterprise in the next few weeks. It looks like it will be the solution I am looking for. Question. Is there any way that I can allow my affiliates (Independent Consultants we are going to call them) create/edit their own About Us page? And optimally, have the ability to blog?
    Thanks.

    • kento November 24, 2013 at 2:54 pm #

Thanks Derek, make sure to see to which extent the free version is sufficient for your needs, although every purchase of the Pro or Enterprise versions is very much appreciated and helps us to improve the plugins further, the free plugin is sufficient in a lot of cases. Regarding the “About Us” page and consultants blogging, that would be something you already have built-in with WordPress – for example there is the “Author” role that you can assign to certain trusted users.

Our products are sold online and tonwholesale accounts. I would like to offer our wholesale accounts an opportunity to sell some of our more expensive through a point of sale display with a unique URL which would then identify the sale to have originated with their store so we could pay them a commission. Would your Affiliates Plugin be a good solution for this application?

    • kento November 24, 2013 at 2:21 pm #

From what you explain I don’t think so. It might be a basis to build it, but I’d expect a lot of customization done. You can give the free Affiliates plugin a try to see up to where it would integrate with your business processes and that can allow you to assess the amount of customization you would need.

How can i send the affiliate log in information when i manually enter an affiliate?

    • Dino November 8, 2013 at 3:19 am #

      Sorry- Im working with affiliate-pro

    • kento November 8, 2013 at 1:10 pm #

When you register a user account for the affiliate, there is the option to have them notified with their access details. This is not when you add the affiliate, but when you create the user account and it’s a standard WordPress feature. Once you have created the user account and related it to the affiliate entry, the affiliate can log in and access the affiliate area you have set up. I would assume that you also correspond with the affiliates that you add manually by email, so it would be a good idea to email them a note that they have access after you have set up their account.

      • Dino November 8, 2013 at 1:47 pm #

        Thanks.
Why do I need to give them a user account? I wan’t planning on doing so. Access to their affiliate log in gives them all the information I need them to have.

        • Dino November 8, 2013 at 1:50 pm #

Also- if I do give them user access, is the automatically generated password the same as what they use for affiliate-pro?
Sorry for the basic questions, I am new to this and have a big launch at the beginning of Dec and want everything to be smooth.
Do you have a service for training?
I read above about the ability to have tiered levels question, has that been resolved yet? I would love that.

          • kento November 8, 2013 at 5:02 pm #

There is only the user account that is used to log in, they use this to access the affiliate area as well. It doesn’t matter if they log in through the affiliate area, or the WordPress login page, they use the same credentials.

I would recommend to study the documentation, if you follow the indications on setup and read the explanations according to use case, you will find it’s quite easy to use. There are advanced sections that allow you to customize the affiliate area with advanced shortcodes as well.

Yes, Affiliates Enterprise provides tier rates.

        • kento November 8, 2013 at 4:58 pm #

Because you need a means of giving them access to their confidential affiliate information, that’s where the user account is used. If you don’t want them to access the affiliate area, you can skip the user account but you’ll have to provide them their links manually.

  13. Rick August 12, 2013 at 12:29 am #

    Hello,

I’d like to know if your program includes any way of creating a forced matrix for the affiliate signups?

If not would I be able to modify the function which handles the placement of new affiliates during signup or is it encrypted?

Should be able to add a couple of options to your plugin to set the width and other items then just assign an affiliate to a ‘sponsor’ based on the rules, correct?

Just want to make sure I will be able to modify this code without issue to do what I desire before purchasing.

    Thanks!

    • kento August 13, 2013 at 11:47 am #

      Hi Rick,

I would not recommend it, first because hacking plugin code is a bad idea and whatever is added should be in the form of an extension or using the API. Second because the implementation would require more than just modifying the sign-ups, there can be deeper implications.

Thanks for asking though, I know that there is some interest in having forced matrix implemented and I’ve mentioned before that the possibility of adding it is considered, it’s just not something that we will have within the short term.

    Hi,

I have a question. I’m using Affiliates Enterprise with the WooCommerce integration, and I understand that referrals are made when purchasing using an affiliate’s link. Is there an alternative way of making referrals by using a referral form? If so, how would i go about doing that? Thanks for your help.

    • antonio August 1, 2013 at 6:36 am #

I want to add a referral using a referral registration form. Can i do that?

  15. Alison July 29, 2013 at 2:28 am #

It appears that someone has already submitted a question above in regards to the site I am working on, have tried a few things and still no luck.

Firstly I’d like to say thanks for a great plugin. I have managed to use the documentation to set everything up wonderfully but am just having one final problem with the affiliates “pretty link” that no matter how I have tried, I have not been able to resolve.

I am using Jigoshop 1.6.5, Affiliates Jigoshop Integration 1.1.5 and Affiliates Enterprise 2.4.0.1 for a client who came to me for some assistance with her site cherriesandspice.com.au – please be aware this has mild adult content.

The proper link works great, and the pretty link works but it doesn’t show the home page, it displays either a post or a product, depending on the affiliate id.

It consistently shows the same post or product for each affiliate id.

I was using an earlier version of Affiliates Enterprise. The site had Affiliates light installed before that.

    I have tried the following:
    – Selecting the option to delete plugin data on deactivation, then deactivated and deleted Integration and Enterprise then installed latest versions and performed set up of plugin again.
    – I was using a custom Affiliate URL ‘fun’ checked for possible conflicts in posts, pages and products. Could not find any.
    – Changed back to the default URL ‘affiliates’. Problem still occurred.
    – Deactivated all other plugins one by one to try to find which one pay be conflicting. Problem still occurred.
    – Deactivated all plugins except Jigoshop, Affiliates Jigoshop Integration and Affiliates Enterprise. Problem still occurred.

It does seem that when the custom URL is changed at all, the pretty link works for a short amount of time.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks as always,

    Alison Logan

      Hi,
maybe there is a problem with the parameter name used (it can cause conflict with other plugin).
You can change it in Affiliates->Options->Affiliate URL parameter name

      Remember:
CAUTION: If you change this setting and have distributed affiliate links or permalinks, make sure that these are updated. Unless the incoming affiliate links reflect the current URL parameter name, no affiliate hits, visits or referrals will be recorded.

      cheers

Does this work with buddypress? Im trying to find a solution that connects buddypress members, woocommerce, achievements or cube points, and affiliate management plugins that will allow members of the site to post (custom post types, if possible), upload, or share content from their user profile, and manage their pay per click campaigns. Also, does this plugin allow pretty urls, url shorteners, or anything that basically makes a referral link look a little less “referral like?” The only solutions ive come across thus far are yours and wpmu dev affiliate…Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    • kento July 9, 2013 at 12:14 pm #

About the sharing part there’s Affiliates Share but I’d first suggest to try out the free version in line with my comment, then make sure to understand what customizations you will need and the cost involved. I would not recommend to purchase a license for either Affiliates Pro or Affiliates Enterprise (nor the Affiliates Share plugin) unless you are absolutely sure that your solution can be based on the free Affiliates plugin and you are prepared to cover the cost of customization. I’m sure you will need to have it customized, and the cost for that will be substantially higher than that of the licenses.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this question. I was considering purchasing this product, but im not sure if its the right plugin for me. I have a bunch of companies that i am partnered with that would like to posts content on my website, but get payed per click. I was going to start an affiliate program, but it seems most of the plugins i find have only an option to pay affiliates per sale. Does anyone know if this software allows me to manage their links/clicks from unique ip addresses and also set the amount i want to pay them per click.? Its basically a multimedia site that users can upload or link to their own media and get payed to bring traffic. And, if it doesn’t can anyone point me in a directon of a plugin that can handle this? Thanks in advance.

    • kento July 5, 2013 at 5:51 pm #

Hi there, I would first give the free version a try. Under Affiliates > Affiliates & Referrals you can see accumulated unique visitors per affiliate (in the Visitors column), this can also be restricted to a certain period of time. If you pay affiliates in proportion to the unique visitors, you have an almost direct mapping there. You can see the daily visits in the Visits & Referrals section but these won’t be suitable because you want sums per affiliate. It’s rather easy to build a customized view for what you want using the API though.

    Hi,
How do i reffer an affiliate?
I wand to have 2 affiliate on the some purchase.
    How do i do it?

    Regards,
    Berg

    • kento July 2, 2013 at 7:01 pm #

      Hi Berg,

There are two options, the normal way with tiers enabled would be that a visitor comes to the site through an affiliate link and then signs up. This would link the new affiliate to the referrer. With the new release you now also have the option to select the referrer manually when you edit the affiliate entry.

In both cases, when the referred affiliate gets credit for a purchase, the referrer also be credited according to the tier settings.

      Cheers

  25. Bogdan Ionescu June 29, 2013 at 12:06 pm #

I was interested in buying the Affiliates Enterprise, but, I’m not able to proceed to checkout. Do you know what happens there? Now, I’m a little bit concerned because I’m trying to buy a piece of software and I can’t do it because some piece of software (maybe the same I’m trying to buy) doesn’t work properly…

Is there a way I can get this plugin and see if it works and fits my needs or not?

    Thanks.

    • kento June 30, 2013 at 11:52 am #

      Hi Bogdan,

Checkout here works fine, can you provide any details on what happened?

I would suggest to try the free version which is fully functional and has several free integrations. You can install that directly from your WordPress Dashboard, Plugins > Add New > Search for Affiliates and you’ll find it.

      Cheers

      • Bogdan Ionescu June 30, 2013 at 7:42 pm #

Seems like the proceed to checkout is working again.

The feature I’m interested in is the multi-tier one. I’m also interested in the possibility to add eligibility rules for multi-tier commissions (e.g.: an affiliate has to make X dollars in a month to be eligible for the tier commissions, otherwise the downline commisions go to the first eligible affiliate in his upline), but, now that I’ve had a deeper look inside the documentation I realize this is a specific requirement and I don’t expect it out of the box… or is there a way to set up something like this?

        • kento July 1, 2013 at 7:02 pm #

You’re right, that won’t work OOTB, it would require the eligibility logic to be implemented using the API. It can be done, but you need to take into account that this would add to the cost of deployment based on the Enterprise solution. If that makes sense, it’s a feasible option.

  26. ferky June 25, 2013 at 12:33 pm #

No 🙂 The post is about changes that are already included in the new versions.

  27. ferky June 25, 2013 at 12:20 pm #

I certainly shall! At the moment though I would like the features that Nick has suggested, so if you could let us know if you implement them with a plugin I would be most grateful….

    • kento June 25, 2013 at 12:25 pm #

These will be added to the Enterprise version, i.e. built-in without the need for an extra plugin. The new release is being prepared and will be available this week if all tests go well.

  28. ferky June 25, 2013 at 12:13 pm #

    Hi there…

  29. Nick June 25, 2013 at 9:30 am #

    Hi kento!

Been contemplating in purchasing the Enterprise version rather than just the Pro version because of the multi-tiered capability. Two questions:

    – If I purchase Enterprise version, would it be inclusive of woocommerce integration (I think I’ve read it somewhere, just want to confirm it from you)

    – For multi-tiered functionality, would the affiliates be able to view who are the affiliates that he/she is getting commission from? Say I have a 5-tiered program, will the person on the top be able to know the four affiliates below him/her?

    Thanks,

    Nick

    • kento June 25, 2013 at 9:46 am #

      Hi Nick,

Yes the WooCommerce integration is included (as are all the others).

Regarding the second question, currently not, but I’d be happy to add it to the new release as a shortcode you can use to embed in the affiliate area. What information about the tiers would you like to include?

      Cheers

      • Nick June 25, 2013 at 11:12 am #

        Thanks for the swift response.

Aside from the usernames, I believe the following info will make sense (since I’m trying to replicate a Multilevel Marketing scheme):

        – Date the affiliate joined the organization
        – Total commission earned by the top tier from the down tiers sales (in running total and on a monthly basis)
        – Tier level (2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th). The farther the bottom tier is from the top tier, the lesser the commission.

That’s what I have in mind.

Also, if possible, each tier level should have its own shortcode. Affiliates coming from a top tier could become too numerous, it could cause too much clutter in the page. An option to show a tier level’s specific info (as enumerated above) and to show a tier level’s aggregate info (say 10 affiliates in 3rd tier level with a total of $xxx.xx earned).

Thanks for letting me elaborate 🙂

        Nick

        • kento June 25, 2013 at 11:54 am #

Many thanks for your suggestions, I think these are reasonable and we should have them added as options.

  30. John Ludena June 13, 2013 at 10:35 pm #

Thank you guys for all your hard work and great support. Always nice to have a responsive developer to answer questions/issues.

That being said, I can’t seem to figure out how to add a Referral to an established Affiliate within Affiliates Enterprise. I have everything setup, go to the “Manage Affiliates” page, click the pencil icon to edit an Affiliate, but I don’t see a way to assign a referrer to the current affiliate being viewed. All I see is the message “FirstName LastName has not been referred by another affiliate.”

Am I missing something here? How exactly do two affiliates get linked within the system for multi-tier capabilities? I’ve looked through all the documentation but no luck.

Thank you again and keep up the good work.

    Sincerely,

    John

  31. Forty June 7, 2013 at 10:49 am #

Trying again as my last post added the actual code in the comment, heh.

So the thing is. When I or anyone using wordpress puts the link
    domain.com?aff=123

wordpress automatically adds a slash after .com, making the output link:
domain.com/?aff=123 – of course the tracking link now doesnt work and just redirects to a 404 page.

    It’s problem.

    • antonio June 10, 2013 at 6:34 am #

      Hi,
please check that there is a ‘123’ affiliate, and ‘aff’ is the Affiliate URL parameter name (in Affiliates->Options).

Let me just say thanks for a great product. It works great out of the box and after I’ve done some customizations to make it fit my product 100% it’s simply amazing.

I have a question – a std. affiliate link is of course domain.com?ref=id – Is there a way to send the visitors to a specific page while being tracked, isntead of just to the homepage?

    • antonio June 4, 2013 at 8:53 am #

      Hi,
you can use a shortcode like this [affiliates_url]http://www.example.com/somepage[/affiliates_url]
or just add ?ref=XX at the end of your url.
      cheers

      • Forty June 4, 2013 at 9:35 am #

Great! Will this also work on html landingpages, or only when the URL is for a wordpress site?

        • antonio June 4, 2013 at 10:03 am #

          Hi, only wordpress site.

          • Forty June 7, 2013 at 10:29 am #

Seems like wordpress is automatically adding a / after the the page and messing up the affiliate link

as an example, if I directly make

            link
            the output link will be:
            http://fortynines.com/?aff=123

As you see the slash is automatically added.

            even with
            link

the slash is still added making the link incorrect

            • antonio June 10, 2013 at 6:28 am #

Sorry, the comments system filters the links, please use pastebin.com to show the shorcodes used.
              cheers

3- Is the plugin compatible with WordPress multisite?
4- Is it Multi Site License? I mean can i use it on as many sites as i want?

    Hi,
    Thanks.
IS there a way that he can see the orders?
    Its important for them…
To see withought the abbility to change…
And withought the abbility to enter the management system…

    Berg

    • kento May 29, 2013 at 10:36 am #

It could be done using customized code, just showing orders on the front end as they appear to customers for example, shouldn’t be allowed though for obvious privacy reasons. What exact data would need to be shown?

  35. berg zohar May 27, 2013 at 10:58 am #

    Hi
How can i link the orders for an affiliate in the affiate area?
My affiliates want to see the orders information.
    Is it possible?

    Regards,
    Berg

    • antonio May 28, 2013 at 4:37 pm #

Hi, you can use [affiliates_affiliate_stats] shortcode. More info in documentation.
      cheers

      • berg zohar May 28, 2013 at 5:02 pm #

        Hi
        Thank you very much!
        i implemented –
        [affiliates_affiliate_stats type="stats-referrals" data="message" show_pending="true" /]
and the affiliate can see the orders but when he click he gets 404 Eror…
        http://holylandworks.com/?shop_order=order-may-27-2013-0740-am

        Why is that?

        Regards,
        Berg

        • kento May 29, 2013 at 10:06 am #

          Hi Berg,

That’s because the affiliate doesn’t have permission to see the order on the back end, you should rather use:

          [affiliates_affiliate_stats type="stats-referrals" show_post="false" show_pending="true" /]

which hides the link to the order. Also note that there is no message field in the data.

          Cheers

  36. Forty May 23, 2013 at 8:42 pm #

    Hi guys,

how can I change the default affiliate ID? I would like the increasement in ID’s to start from something like “248982….248983..etc” instead of 1..2..3..4..5..

    • antonio May 24, 2013 at 6:47 am #

      Hi,
if you do not want to show small numbers, you can use “Affiliate ID encoding”, in Affiliates->Options.
If you don’t want small numbers, but neither MD5 encode, you can alter primary key of ##_aff_affiliates database table, using mysql instruction “ALTER TABLE mytable AUTO_INCREMENT = 500”. Be careful with this, you may damage the database, always make backup before.
      cheers

  37. Steve May 18, 2013 at 2:49 pm #

Hi, can you explain the difference between pro and enterprise? Is there any difference other than the tiers? Does pro contain the same integration with all those same gateways and other plugins? Thanks.

    • antonio May 21, 2013 at 6:19 am #

      Hi,
tiers is the main difference. Enterprise comes with more integrations, and Pro version doesn’t contain integrations (you have to buy them separately).
      cheers

      • Steve May 21, 2013 at 7:25 am #

Thanks Antonio, and is it possible to upgrade later? Say I bought the Pro EDD version today and wanted to upgrade to enterprise in the future, can I pay the difference in cost and move up to enterprise then? Thanks.

        • antonio May 21, 2013 at 7:49 am #

  38. Forty May 10, 2013 at 1:57 pm #

    Hi,

I can once again confirm that if I enable “Multi-tiered referrals” – The first Tier will be calculated after the “Default referral amount calculation” set under Settings.

Can you please check this again for the Affiliates Enterprise plugin.

    • kento May 13, 2013 at 8:52 am #

      That’s correct.

  39. Forty May 8, 2013 at 1:00 pm #

Okay I’ve had some issues getting the Tier payouts to work. But I finally managed to get them working – can you just confirm that this is how to get it to work.

Under affiliates > settings I need to set the default referral calculation to referral rate, and the default value must then be what I want the Tier 1 affilaites to receive.

Under Tiers – Tier 1 is then actually really tier 2, tier 2 is really tier 3. etc.

Because if I don’t set a default value under the settings, the tiers dont calculate at all.

Is this the right way of setting it up?
Also – I tried on 3 different installations now – under Affiliates > Options . I can not uncheck and save the “Store direct referrals” – each time I try to uncheck and save, it just automatically checks itself after igen.

    • antonio May 10, 2013 at 7:07 am #

      Hi,
      no, under Tiers:
Level 1 is tier 1 (direct referrals from affiliates link)
      Level 2 is tier 2

In Settings you set default value, if multi-tier is disable, then system use this default value.
Relating to “Store direct referrals”, thanks for the warning, we will take a look.
      cheers

      • kento May 13, 2013 at 8:51 am #

No, taking into account what @Forty said, tier 1 is the O.R. (the term Original Referrer used in the built-in documentation), i.e. tier 1 is the affiliate who refers the sale. Under Level rates, Level 1 corresponds to the second tier, the affiliate who brought in the O.R.

    • antonio May 13, 2013 at 9:02 am #

kento is right, sorry for the confusion

  40. Forty May 7, 2013 at 11:06 am #

Hi Antonio, Kento replied earlier that this feature is on the way.

For example if “Affiliate B” is a sub-affiliate of “Direct” but had intended to sign-up under their friend “Affiliate A”, I can shift “B” to be a sub-affiliate of “A” instead.

Is there a timeline on this? and until, is there a place in the mysql i can change this manually ?

    • antonio May 7, 2013 at 4:34 pm #

      Hi,
ok sorry. This relationships are in table “_aff_affiliates_relations”, always make backup before.
      cheers

  41. Forty May 6, 2013 at 11:02 am #

Hi Kento, I have not been able to find that.

Maybe you misunderstood me – I mean if someone signs up without being assigned to an affiliate – can I then assign him to an affiliate? Or change persons affiliates? (If they are wrongly tracked, or not tracked yet)

    • antonio May 7, 2013 at 7:39 am #

      Hi Forty,
users are not assigned to affiliates permanently so you can not assign manually an user to an affiliate.
      cheers

  42. Gustavo J May 4, 2013 at 5:57 pm #

    Hello Antonio and kento,
I noticed that since last year many people have mentioned the multi-tier affiliate on the PRO version. Is it active?

Also, if I install the free version and later on I decide to buy the PRO version, all my affiliates data will be moved seamlessly without any problems?

Thank you very much for your response.

    • antonio May 7, 2013 at 5:01 pm #

      Hi Gustavo,
multi-tier affiliate is available in ENTERPRISE version, NOT in Pro version.
Data is not deleted, but beware that in Affiliates -> Options -> “Delete all plugin data on deactivation” is NOT checked.
      cheer

      • Gustavo J May 7, 2013 at 5:15 pm #

Ok. Great, I’m going to buy the ENTERPRISE version.
        Also, I have one question:

I notice that it is more expensive, so does this version comes with User capability, to allow the affiliate id to be the username?
I couldn’t find any info about it.

        Thanks.

        • antonio May 8, 2013 at 6:22 am #

          Hi,
Enterprise comes with several integrations, but if you want that affiliates id to be the username, you need Affiliates by Username.
          cheers

  43. Forty May 3, 2013 at 2:48 pm #

    Hi guys,

Any timeline on when it gets possible to assign a referral manually to an affiliate?

    • kento May 6, 2013 at 8:24 am #

Hi there, this is already possible 🙂

  44. Forty April 22, 2013 at 9:53 am #

I have tried ticking and unticking it.

Actually, now when I signup without being affiliated to someone, it creates 3 referrals. One direct and 2 for other affiliates that have no affiliation to the new registrant. Even if I check the new signup in Manage affiliates if he should somehow still be linked to anyone, it clearly says xxxxxx has not been referred by another affiliate, so why the referral posts?

I don’t know if I explained it correctly, it might be better if you could get access to my system and see it for yourself.

Can you send me an email so I can send you details in private?

    • antonio April 23, 2013 at 6:17 am #

      Hi,
please send the details to support at itthinx dot com

  45. Forty April 22, 2013 at 1:19 am #

    Help.

The plugin doesn’t calculate the tier-commissions?

I have tripple tested everything is correctly setup.

    Tier1 has referred Tier2.

I am then adding a manual referral tied to Tier2 of 1000 USD and save it.

No commission is added anywhere I can see to Tier1 ??

I tried changing all settings, setting up multiple tiers, there’s just no way I can get it to give out commission to the Tier above who I have set to receive 20% (0.20 in settings)?

    • Forty April 22, 2013 at 1:23 am #

And with a new referral, why is direct and the affiliate both credited with the referral at the same time?

      • antonio April 22, 2013 at 6:47 am #

Hi, have you selected Affiliates->Tier->Multi-tiered Referrals->Direct is a referrer ?

    • antonio April 22, 2013 at 5:39 pm #

      Hi,
“Add manual referral” doesn’t porpagate commissions to other levels.
It’s used if you want add a simple commission to an affiliate.

You must test system “emnulating the real process”.

      cheers

    Hello,

I can’t process Payments for the “Affiliates Users” plugin. I already bought Enterprise and need this too. The payment for Enterprise worked fine, but when I tried to pay for the 19$ Affiliate Users it said that creditcard wasn’t available for this purchase?

Please help, I need this plugin urgently!

    Thanks

    • antonio April 22, 2013 at 6:36 am #

Hi, Have you been able to make the purchase?

      • Forty April 22, 2013 at 9:39 am #

        Hi antonia,

thanks for all your feedback – no I have not been able to process this payment. The $99 payment went through fine, but not the $19 one 🙁

        • antonio April 22, 2013 at 5:45 pm #

          Hi,
just try the credit card payment (MasterCard), and works fine. Please try again, and check if there is no problem with the credit card.

  47. nick April 21, 2013 at 5:56 pm #

Do I need to buy Enterprise as well as the Pro pack with S2 integration? I’m not sure if I’m understanding your pricing correctly.

    The Pro version is 50$

The Pro for S2Member is 59$ (But this includes the Pro version as well, so technically im paying 9$ for the S2 integration?)

But there is no Enterprise for S2Member, so do I need to buy the Enterprise first and then pay the full 59$ for the S2 Integration, since I would technically already have bought the Pro in form of the enterprise version?

    • nick April 21, 2013 at 6:07 pm #

Just delete my previous comment, I see now that S2member integration is included in the Enterprise 🙂

      • antonio April 22, 2013 at 6:33 am #

        Ok, no problem 😉

    • antonio April 22, 2013 at 6:33 am #

      Hi,
yes, if you buy Affiliates Pro s2Member Integration Pack, contain Affiliates Pro and the s2Member Integration, so technically you are paying 9$ for the integration (a very good deal 😉 )
Enterprise contains this integrations, besides other.
      cheers

  48. nick April 21, 2013 at 4:28 pm #

    Hi,

This plugin is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for. Unfortunately I did not find this before I wasted 2000$ on an indian development team that couldn’t deliver anyways.

    At 99$ its a bargain!

My question is however – I plan on running an S2Member site. But I want all my signups to be integrated to the affiliate system when signing up for S2Member. Meaning, I don’t ‘an extra’ affiliate system they need to sign in for to view their data, it should all be handled through the one acocunt they login for my site with. I want to make an “affiliate page” in wordpress and this should pull custom data, using shortcodes, from the affiliate plugin – such as their affiliate ID, referrals, commissions etc.

    Is this possible?

    • nick April 21, 2013 at 5:43 pm #

      Hi again,

I have just tested the free version, it seems like you have a plugin that does exactly what I requested, can you confirm that?

In the free version when clicking on an affiliate (Manage affiliates) I get the very minimum of data available, something like Payments history/Notes/Referal stats etc. seems to be left out? Is this because of the free version or is such not included in the plugin? Can you provide a screenshot of how it looks in the Enterprise version or a if there’s another place to look for it?

I am also missing somewhere I can see the total commission for each user, as right now I can only see the referrals and then have to manually add them together and manually close them all.

      • antonio April 23, 2013 at 7:02 am #

        Hi,
you can see more info in subsections:
        – Visits & Referrals
        – Affiliates & Referrals
        – Referrals

Or use shortcodes for that purpose.
        cheers

    • antonio April 22, 2013 at 6:27 am #

      Hi,
You can create an custom “Affiliate Page” using shortcodes (automatically the system create one affiliate page if you want).

With Affiliates Enterprise you have a multi-tier affiliates system, and integration with s2member (besides other integrations). But if you need, that automatically affiliates is created when a new user is created, you need also Affiliates Users.

Hi Kento and Antonio, I have contacted you via the email to request customisation but have not received a reply, perhaps because i didn´t use the email that i purchased affiliate pro with.. anyways, here is the request once more, appreciate urgent response either way as I want to contract out the job this week itself. thanks

I use woocommerce with affiliate pro (Order #4515)

    1. I need to be able to link clients to the affiliates that brought them permanently for all future purchases automatically.. this should work irrespective of whether the client came through coupon or link.
    2. this should only work for NEW clients and
    3. should also be possible to assign manually..

appreciate if ya´ll can get back to me on this. thanks.

    cheers,
    Nikki
