My affiliate links are counting as visits but the links and coupons do not seem to be tracking referrals when purchase is made. Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks

Thanks for providing access to your Dashboard.
The codes seem to be correct, but there are two other important things missing from your setup.
1. Affiliates WooCommerce integration wasn’t installed on your site, which I proceeded and installed it for you.
2. You also need to set at least one commission rate under Affiliates > Rates. The possible options are also described in the documentation for Rates – https://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-pro/rates/.
Please make sure to set a rate, make another test purchase using an affiliate coupon and let me know if the issue persists.

Yes, I did check the codes after finding out they had to be lower case. Since most my codes were not I assumed it was my problem, but no. I will send you temporary access .
