Okay I have been using the free Affiliate plugin and just upgraded to Affiliates pro instructions say to back up file could someone tell me how to do this I do not want to mess anything up and not sure on how to install it either
Could you tell me how to back up my files

See WordPress Backups please and for the installation after the backup, you can remove the Affiliates plugin and replace it with Affiliates Pro. See the readme file in the Downloads section for details please.
