I need help with this software. it’s installed on our website
We sell products on-line, our affiliates share their unique link/code with clients and these clients follow this particular link/code to potentially make a purchase.
The affiliate receives a commission for all sales made using their link/code
The issue – The client makes a purchase but neither the affiliate or us have notifications when a purchase has been made?
I need to know that everything has been set up okay? Is this something you could help me with?

Hi Max,
Please have another look at Affiliates > Notifications and make sure that Referral Notifications are enabled for affiliates and Administrators.

Afterwards, make another test referred purchase and check your affiliate inbox for the notification.
Do you get a notification this time?

Thank you for your reply.
I have tested and the site is sending emails….
I have also renewed the plugin and all up to date.
Please let me know how I can be sure all now working re-my first comment in this thread.

Hi Max,
Welcome back to our support forum.
In such cases there is usually an overall issue with mails not being sent in general. I would recommend you to test your site and make sure that it can actually send emails.
Furthermore, as it seems your license for Affiliates Pro has expired. Once you renew it, by buying the plugin again, you will have access to the support channel and most importantly updates for the plugin.
